1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to CapzView websites, educational content, and tools, including the private Instagram viewer, public Instagram viewer, private Instagram story viewer, and followers / following viewer.
By using CapzView, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What CapzView is
CapzView is an independent research-oriented web product that helps users look up Instagram-related profile information through public API mode and structured private unlock flows. CapzView is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any Meta subsidiary.
“Instagram” is a trademark of its respective owner. CapzView uses the name only to describe compatibility and research context.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not use CapzView if applicable law prohibits you from doing so. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
4. Accounts and tool access
Some CapzView pages are publicly viewable marketing or educational pages. Interactive tools may process usernames you submit. Private unlock flows may continue to a locker or continuation page. You agree not to interfere with those flows, attempt to reverse engineer CapzView infrastructure, or overload our systems.
5. Acceptable use
You agree you will not use CapzView to:
- Violate Instagram/Meta terms, platform rules, or any applicable law.
- Harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, or harm any person.
- Attempt to access Direct Messages, passwords, authentication tokens, or other credentials.
- Submit malware, scrape CapzView in an abusive way, or bypass rate limits/security controls.
- Misrepresent CapzView output as official Instagram data or as legal evidence without independent verification.
- Use CapzView for unlawful surveillance or discrimination.
CapzView is intended for legitimate research, creative benchmarking, and informational browsing. You are solely responsible for how you use results.
6. No Instagram passwords
CapzView does not require your Instagram password. Do not enter Instagram passwords into CapzView forms. If you voluntarily paste sensitive credentials anywhere, you do so at your own risk and against our guidance.
7. Tool limitations and “as available” data
Public mode depends on third-party API responses and the public availability of profile information. Private mode provides a structured unlock continuation experience; available outcomes can vary. CapzView does not guarantee that every username will return complete data, that every private account can be fully revealed, or that results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at all times.
Feature pages describe intended workflows. Temporary outages, provider changes, or account-state differences may affect results.
8. Educational content
Blog posts and guides on CapzView are for informational purposes. They are not legal advice, investigative instructions for wrongdoing, or a warranty of ranking outcomes. For keyword education and product use, start with the blog and linked tool pages.
9. Intellectual property
CapzView branding, site design, original text, and generated graphics are owned by CapzView or its licensors. You may not copy the site for competing services, republish articles in full without permission, or misuse CapzView trademarks.
You retain rights to content you lawfully own. By sending feedback to CapzView, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that feedback to improve the product.
10. Third-party services
CapzView may rely on hosting providers, security services, analytics, email, and data API partners. Your use of CapzView is also subject to constraints those partners impose on us. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from CapzView.
11. Disclaimers
CAPZVIEW IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR BE FREE OF ERRORS.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPZVIEW AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CAPZVIEW. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO CAPZVIEW WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CAPZVIEW FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CapzView and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of CapzView, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to CapzView if we believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using CapzView at any time.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where CapzView operators are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
